We’re excited to invite you to the 2027 Unite Conference - a two-day gathering of churches united by a shared mission and love for Christ. Held each year to encourage, equip, and strengthen the churches within our network, this conference is a time to come together in worship, pray, fellowship, and enjoy the teaching of God’s Word.

What to Expect

This year’s theme is Conflict and Forgiveness.

Conflict is inevitable. Avoiding it doesn’t always lead to peace, and navigating it faithfully requires wisdom, humility, and a clear understanding of the gospel.

At this conference, we’ll look at what Scripture teaches about conflict, forgiveness, reconciliation, and the way Christ calls us to respond when we’ve been wronged. We’ll also consider why pursuing peace matters not only for our relationships, but for the health and mission of the church.

Join us as we learn how to faithfully engage conflict, extend forgiveness, and pursue peace together.

The forgiveness of God in Christ is the model. He takes gracious initiative. He calls for repentance and doesn’t reduce people to their sin or use it against them. The analogy only goes so far, though, since Christ was sinless and we aren’t. The plank has to come out of our own eye first. We enter conflict with humility and full ownership of our own part in it.

Euodia and Syntyche’s conflict has a corporate dimension. It has the potential to distract / stall the mission they're supposed to be advancing together with the church.

Where does conflict come from? Why should it be expected in a fallen world? This session makes the case that wisely entering into conflict, rather than avoiding it, is the faithful move.
Take a quick break for some dessert and fellowship!
Forgiveness is releasing a debt. Trust is rebuilt slowly, in proportion to demonstrated trustworthiness over time. Reconciliation can only follow repentance and forgiveness. Two counterfeits: (1) a therapeutic version that skips repentance and confrontation altogether, (2) a legalistic version that keeps the debt open by demanding more repentance than God himself requires before a repentant sinner is fully received.
